3.3 Sensitive / high-care data

We treat Voter ID and selfie images with heightened care. These are collected only when you voluntarily submit them for campaign registration or verification support, and are not required merely to browse public pages.

  • Voter ID, if provided, is stored for administrative verification support and shown publicly only in masked form (if at all).
  • We do not claim Aadhaar collection on this website. Do not upload Aadhaar images or unrelated government ID scans unless a future feature expressly requests a specific document with clear notice.
  • You should only submit your own details and your own selfie.

7. How We Share Data

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:

  • Authorised office / campaign administrators who manage forms and citizen follow-up
  • Technology service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as processors under confidentiality and security expectations

8. Data Retention

When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or irreversibly anonymise data where feasible.
