Chicalim Village Panchayat, under Sarpanch Kamla Prasad Yadav, was among seven village panchayats awarded ISO certification for efficient and citizen-centric public service delivery.
Minister for Panchayats Mauvin Godinho presented the certificates, noting that certification reflects higher administrative standards panchayats must maintain consistently.
